Creative Exam is an entrance exam that must be passed for entry into the group of educational programs B042 Journalism and Reporting.

Applications from applicants to take the creative exam are accepted at the Admission Office of Maqsut Narikbayev University. The creative exams at Maqsut Narikbayev University are held in Kazakh and Russian languages.

We want to emphasize that to successfully participate in the competition for state scholarships, you should pass creative exams at the university where you are striving to receive a state scholarship.

Every year MNU (KAZGUU) participates in state scholarship allocation. Scholarships are awarded to participants based on the results of the UNT. Every year, the minimum passing score to win a state scholarship changes.

In 2016, the KAZGUU Corporate Endowment Fund was created at MNU to attract additional resources that provide funding for long-term support of academic, social and infrastructure programs, as well as university projects. This fund provides various types of benefits:

This year the Republican Olympiad Maqsut Narikbayev Scholarships has been started. The winners of this Olympiad can receive nominal scholarships with a scholarship allowance, as well as guaranteed accommodation at Student House.

ENDOWMENT KAZGUU
1. Family - 10%
The individual tuition fee is set for students and non-degree students from the same family (siblings, sisters, husband, wife, children) for higher and postgraduate education programs under the Register of Individual Cost of Services for the corresponding year of Student`s admission / re-admission.
2. Know our students - 20%
The individual tuition fee is set for graduates of the higher education program (Bachelor's Degree) of the University, entering the postgraduate education programs (Master's Degree, PhD, BS KAZGUU) as students, as well as non-degree students entering the postgraduate education program (Master's Degree)
3. College graduate - 20%
The individual tuition fee is set for graduates of the KAZGUU college in Aktobe, entering higher education programs as students/non-degree students under the Register of Individual Cost of Services for the corresponding year of Student's admission /re-admission.
4. Continuity of generations - 10%
The individual tuition fee is set for children (students and non-degree students) of University graduates entering higher and postgraduate education programs under the Register of Individual Cost of Services for the corresponding year of Student`s admission / re-admission.
5. KAZGUU school graduate - 20%
The individual tuition fee is set for graduates of the 'KAZGUU School', entering higher education programs (full-time education) under the Register of Individual Cost of Services for the corresponding year of Student's admission / re-admission.
6. Other types of financial support may be provided by the KAZGUU Endowment Fund. The Fund accepts documents for individual tuition fees on the website.

Admission process for foreign citizens
Admission of foreign citizens to Maqsut Narikbayev University on a paid basis is based on the results of an interview conducted by commissions of Higher Schools (Faculties).

1. Certificate of secondary education or diploma (original);
2. 6 photos of 3x4 size (offline and electronic version);
3. Medical certificate form 075-U (original with seal);

7. The original and a copy of the identity card, the original and a copy of the birth certificate (if the applicant is a minor);
8. A copy of the military service registration certificate or military ID (for male applicants).
9. The presence of one of the parents or legal representative is mandatory / relatives must provide a power of attorney from the applicant's parents or guardian (if the applicant is a minor)
